Shipping & returns

Everything you need to know about how your order reaches you, and how to send it back if it isn't the one.

Shipping

• Netherlands and Belgium: delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
• Germany: delivery can take 3 to 4 business days.
• Shipping is free in all three countries.

Returns

We'd rather you travel with something you love. If your order isn't what you hoped for, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

The essentials

• You have 14 days after delivery to register your return.
• Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is arranged and paid by you.
• Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

Personalised items

Personalised items are made for you, and for you alone. That's exactly what makes them special, and it's also why they can't be returned or exchanged.

• This applies to all engraved pieces from our atelier, such as tags, holders and sleeves with your initials.
• One exception: cases with a customised handle colour can still be returned within the usual 14 days.

How to return

• Send an email to info@amicetravel.nl within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
• We'll confirm your return, and you ship the item to: AMICE, Energiestraat 2-13, 8051 TE Hattem, The Netherlands.
• Keep your proof of shipment until the refund is complete.
• As soon as your return arrives, we check it and process your refund within 14 days.

Damaged or defective?

That's not a return, that's our lifetime guarantee. Reach out and we'll take care of it.
